Dream Job

My"Dream Job" is to be a Pediatrician. Since I was a young girl I've always wanted to be a Pediatrician. Now it seems like an unrealisitic dream. How could I ever become a doctor? I 'm having a hard time visualizing a BSN/RN, let alone medical school. I wonder sometimes what would have happened if i would have applied myself when i was younger. what would have happened if I did go to medical school. could i have been the pediatrician that I longed to be for so many years.
